Scope of Services: FOQUS shall provide audiovisual services as agreed upon in the contract or proposal. Any changes or additions to the scope of services must be documented in writing and may result in adjustments to the project timeline and cost.

Payment Terms: The client agrees to pay FOQUS according to the payment terms outlined in the contract or invoice. Payment is typically due in a week, unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation and Rescheduling: In the event of project cancellation or rescheduling, the client must provide [Your Audiovisual Company Name] with notice in writing. Cancellation fees may apply, and any costs incurred by [Your Audiovisual Company Name] prior to cancellation or rescheduling will be the responsibility of the client.

Copyright and Ownership: FOQUS retains the copyright and ownership of all audiovisual content produced unless otherwise specified in writing. The client may use the content for the agreed-upon purposes but may not reproduce, sell, or distribute it without prior written consent.

Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project.

Indemnification: The client shall indemnify and hold FOQUS harmless from any claims, liabilities, losses, or damages arising from the use of the audiovisual content produced, including but not limited to copyright infringement or unauthorized distribution.

Force Majeure: FOQUS shall not be held liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government actions, labor strikes, or equipment failure.

Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement in the event of a material breach by the other party. Termination shall be in writing, specifying the reasons for termination.

Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Luxembourg. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration or litigation in Luxembourg.
